Three-times winner of Wedding Ideas Magazine’ Best Wedding Venue’, Leez Priory remains one of the most sought-after Manor House wedding venues in the country. Set in 40 acres of parkland, with a sweeping driveway, manicured lawns and lakes, Leez Priory offers a picture-perfect backdrop for an exceptional day.
This was the venue for the glorious wedding of Alexandra and Daniel where JAM Duo had the privilege of providing music for their Ceremony and Drinks Reception.
The Ceremony
Setting up with our gloss black piano shell on the lawns of the inner courtyard we had a lovely view of the ceremony as well as the bridal entrance. This was a long aisle walk as Alexandra was preceded by a Page Boy, Flower Girl, and 4 Bridesmaids.
As a result Alexandra had chosen one of our blends of two songs – on this occasion Canon merging into Accidentally in Love from Shrek.

Formula One Theme Tune – the epic orchestral version
The couple exit song was another first for us as we made our very own arrangement of the Epic Formula One Theme tune. This was quite a challenge as a lot of this is orchestral chords but with the help of a few string effects on our Nord Stage Piano we hope we did it justice!
The Drinks Reception
On this occasion we were able to stay in the same place as the drinks reception was also being held outside in the rather large central area of the Priory. The venue also very kindly provided us with a parasol to shelter under as this also turned out to be the hottest day of the year! Being so used to rain and drizzle at weddings this year we had actually neglected to bring our own shelter although this is usually something we can provide!
We continued to provide music for the drinks with requests for music by Abba and Lady Gaga as well as some Taylor Swift and the theme from Barbie!
We really enjoyed being a part of this lovely wedding and wish Alexandra and Daniel every happiness in their married future together.
