For today’s wedding in Halifax, Paul and Emma had booked our Option 4 package which includes music from the ceremony up to and including the first dance. With this being a long day we booked ourselves a hotel for the evening following the wedding. It’s one thing to leave home at 6am to arrive in good time for a wedding 4 hours away but to then drive home another 4 hours at 10pm seemed a little excessive particularly as we didn’t have a wedding the following day.

For the exit we chose Dancing in the Moonlight as that’s a very popular couple exit choice and so we hope they enjoyed the music as they left the ceremony.
After the ceremony we moved outside for the wedding drinks reception. This was one of those days where the weather was a little questionable. Fortunately however, other than a very very light drop of rain at one point we were able to remain outside for the duration of the drinks reception to entertain Paul and Emma’s Guests.

After the drinks reception we then moved back indoors to set up on a small stage to provide music during the wedding breakfast. Paul and Emma had chosen a lot of great music to be played during their meal which included:

The Evening Reception and First Dance
After the meal we retired back to the bar where Paul and Emma had kindly provided a supplier meal for us to enjoy. We then returned to where the meal had been and re set up for the first dance whilst the staff set up the room for the evening reception and a DJ set up on the stage.
Paul and Emma had chosen Ed Sheeran’s ‘Perfect’ for their first dance and it was our absolute pleasure and indeed honour to be able to play the song for them as they danced together.
This was a lovely wedding which we really enjoyed being part of. It was a delight to provide music for Paul and Emma during their wedding day and to be with them for such a great part of it.
We hope they enjoyed the music as much as we enjoyed performing it and we wish them both every happiness in their married life together.
