Designed by the renowned engineer Thomas Hawksley between 1873-1879, Dalton Old Pump House is a stunning and imposing Grade II listed building. A water pumping station in her previous life, Lady Dalton has pretty much stood empty and derelict since WWII until her careful restoration which started in 2020.

There are many venues in England, but nowhere quite like this. She is unique and stands as a reminder of times gone by where attention to detail and a passion for excellence were more prevalent.

A short reel of the wedding

After the ceremony we were able to remain in the same location to continue providing music during the drinks reception. We interspersed our usual covers with a few Christmas songs to suit the ambience of the occasion. We were particularly delighted with some of the comments from the guests.

The video below shows a short improvisation from Jules on the theme of ‘Santa Baby’. Its only 30 seconds long and worth watching to the end…..

We really enjoyed being a part of Rebecca and Stephen’s wedding and we wish them every happiness for their married future together x
