Ceremony, Drinks and Meal
The Wedding Ceremony
We started in the barn at Hyde House for Amy and Haydn’s wedding ceremony where we set up at the front of the ceremony room. We always give all our couples the choice of location where they would prefer us to be, sometimes at the back sometimes at the front. It makes little difference to us but we think it’s important for our couples to state their preference.
Amy and Haydn had chosen some lovely music for their ceremony which included:

The Drinks Reception
After the ceremony we relocated to the main part of Hyde House where the drinks reception and meal were being held. Fortunately we were able to set up in the corner of the meal room but with the doors open which meant we only had to set up once for the drinks and meal. As a result along with saving us moving twice, it meant we could provide more music for the couple throughout both their drinks and meal.
Hyde House is a beautiful Cotswolds venue with some lovely spaces for the drinks reception both indoors and outside. It was particularly enjoyable seeing the sun shining down on today’s wedding enabling guests to enjoy drinks outside in the gardens and on the terrace.
The Wedding Breakfast
After 90 minutes or so the guests were called inside for the wedding breakfast. We continued playing seamlessly from our location – as a rule we try to minimise the breaks we take and maximise the amount of music we can play for our couples. We also ensure we are in position so we can play a song for the Bride and Groom’s entrance into the meal should they wish.
We really enjoyed providing day time music for Amy and Haydn’s wedding at Hyde House in the Cotswolds and we wish them every happiness as they embark on their married life together.
