Drinks Reception and Wedding Breakfast
Today was a little unusual in the sense that we were providing music for the drinks reception and wedding breakfast but not the church wedding. However whilst the church is in the grounds at Huntsham Court it is not that near the drinks reception area but also not practical to drive to. So from a practical point of view it would have been extremely hard work to relocated with all our instruments and kit in the space of time it took the guests to walk to the main house!
Whilst we are used to hard work that may have been a step too far without enlisting the help of groomsmen to carry things – which we are always keen to try and avoid as they have other more pressing duties!
The Wedding Drinks Reception
Arriving in good time, in fact before the guests even headed to the ceremony we had plenty of time and space to set up for the outdoor drinks reception in the grounds of Huntsham Court which is a beautiful country house in Devon.

The Wedding Breakfast
After around 90 minutes the guests were then called inside for the wedding breakfast and we swiftly moved with our piano shell to continue providing music throughout the meal.
We really enjoyed this beautiful quintessentially British Wedding in the delightful setting of Huntsham Court and we wish Connor and Louise every happiness as they embark on their married future together. It is always a pleasure to provide music and we are privileged to meet some lovely couples along the way.
