After just a week since we were last at Sant Ffraed House near Abergavenny for the wedding of Jason and Daniel, we returned to provide music for another fabulous ceremony.

Mary Beth and Charles
Sant Ffraed House, Abergavenny
Monday 15 July 2024
Ceremony only

Today our brief was to provide music for the ceremony. Sant Ffraed House has a digital grand piano in the ceremony room. Whilst it is not a particularly good instrument, it is never the less serviceable for the purpose of playing just for a ceremony along with our Yamaha Electric Cello.

Mary Beth and Charles had chosen some lovely music for their wedding ceremony which included:

Pre Ceremony
Turning page- Twilight
Latch- Sam Smith
Lover- Taylor Swift
Sky full of stars- Coldplay
Somewhere over the rainbow- Wizard of Oz

Bridal Entrance
A thousand years (Piano Guys)

Signing
I get to love you- Ruelle
Love me like you do- Ellie Goulding
Wildest Dreams- Taylor Swift

Exit
Paradise- Coldplay

When we are just playing for a ceremony we dont get to see too much of the wedding day but nevertheless it was a pleasure to provide music for Mary Beth and Charles. They had a very beautiful ceremony lead by the local registrars.

Our ceremony only package includes music throughout your ceremony starting with around 20 minutes or so whilst the guests are seated in the ceremony room. You can find out more by visiting our wedding ceremony page.

When it comes to music for your wedding there are nearly 300 tracks on our listen page, all of which have been recorded in our studio. Not only does this give you some idea of how we might sound on your wedding day but it is very useful for inspiration when it comes to choosing music. However, it is worth noting this is not a repertoire list. JAM Duo can play any music of your choice – the songs we have recorded are just there to give you some ideas – and they are probably some of the more popular choices.

We love finding new music to play and so it’s always great when couples choose unusual or new songs we haven’t previously played as this also helps to grow our current repertoire of around 3000 pieces.

We really enjoyed being a part of Mary-Beth and Charles’ wedding ceremony and we wish them both every happiness as they embark on their married life together.
