Returning to Allington Castle, this time we were there to provide daytime wedding music for Remi and Jordan who are an absolutely lovely couple and it was a great pleasure to be part of their wedding day.

We really enjoyed playing these songs for Remi and Jordan and it was nice to have a couple of new songs in there to add to our repertoire.
The Drinks Reception
After the ceremony we made our way outside into the courtyard. Here we had pre set up our PA system and Stage Piano so we could seamlessly carry on providing music during the drinks without a break. For the ceremony at Allington Castle we tend to use the Steinway Piano in the ceremony room coupled with either our acoustic cello or, as in this case, the electric cello and a single small speaker.
Some of the artists we included at this point in the wedding included: Elton John / Taylor Swift / Oasis / Ed Sheeran / Queen / Neil Diamond. All the music was chosen by the bride and groom as we have an online client form where our couples can specify the music for their day.
We always enjoy being part of weddings at Allington Castle and the staff are always very welcoming and kind to us. This may not sound like a big deal, but we always appreciate it when venue staff are helpful and understand our role in the couples’ day. We look forward to returning to Allington Castle in the near future and wish Remi and Jordan all the best as they embark on their married life together.
