Today we made a welcome return to Colshaw Hall in Upper Peover near to Knutsford for the delightful wedding of Chantelle and David. With a piano in the ceremony room which is, in our experience, usually reasonably well maintained this makes for a very slick setup meaning we can be pre prepared for the drinks reception which follows in a different part of the venue.

Ceremony and Drinks
Starting in the beautiful ceremony room we used the venue piano alongside our electric cello to provide music for Chantelle and David’s ceremony. They had chosen some fabulous music and the room was beautifully decorated with autumnal colours.

By using the venue piano it was seamless to relocate to the drinks reception where we continued to entertain the wedding guests as they enjoyed drinks and canapés.
For this part of the day we had been given free choice of music so we blended a selection of our popular songs with some more unusual. Where we have free choice to choose music we also try to gauge what the guests enjoy most and then choose suitable songs rather than anything predefined.
We really enjoyed being back at Colshaw Hall and it was a pleasure to provide music for Chantelle and David’s wedding. We wish them every happiness as they embark on their married future together.
