Steeped in history and surrounded by beauty, Larmer Tree is an exquisite garden visitor attraction and luxury wedding venue with accommodation on the Wiltshire Dorset border.
Larmer Tree offers a unique blend of natural beauty and professional spaces, ideal for hosting corporate events, team-building retreats, or conferences. This was the setting for tonight’s Drinks reception and Christmas party held by Wilsons Solicitors for which JAM Duo had been chosen to provide early evening entertainment.
On arrival we met with the venue co-ordinator who actually remembered us from a wedding we played for at Larmer Tree a couple of years ago. Our instructions were to set up by the Grand Piano and the Christmas Tree. The only slight complication being that there were two pianos and both next to a Christmas tree.
But no matter, we quickly found our location and set up in good time so that we were playing music as our client and their guests arrived.
The occasion was a Christmas Party for Wilsons Solicitors in Salisbury and London.

It was a great pleasure and honour to be part of this prestigious event and we enjoyed the chance to play some Christmas repertoire along with our usual contemporary covers of songs. We hope the client enjoyed our music – we left as a band was setting up to take things on into the night!
