Ceremony, Drinks and Meal

It was lovely to be back at Ashridge House for today’s wedding. Whilst we have already done at least a dozen or more weddings and events this year, it’s really from now on that things start to get busy and gone are the times where we have five days off in a row!

Today we also had our black gloss piano shell with us which looks stunning in the ceremony space at Ashridge House.

Starting in the grand hall of Ashridge House, we set up under the stairs for today’s ceremony. Stacey and Cory had chosen some great music for the ceremony which included a blend of two songs for the bridal entrance.

Pre Ceremony
All My Life
Alicia keys – if I ain’t got you
All about you Mcfly
Shallow (a star is born)
Dancing in the moonlight

Bridal Entrance
Bridesmaids walk down to Thousand Years
Bride – You are the reason

Signing
Can’t Help Falling in Love
Love me like you do

Exit
Crazy little thing called love, Queen

After the ceremony there was an indoor confetti shot through the grand hall and once this was finished we relocated through a door in the corner which took us directly into the room where the drinks reception was being held. Conveniently the same location was also suitable for the wedding breakfast.

Stacey and Cory had left the choice of music during the reception to us but did ask us to include the Jurassic Park Theme tune during the wedding meal, which were delighted to play for them.

We really enjoyed being part of this wedding at Ashridge House and we wish Stacey and Cory all the very best for their married life together.
