Today we made a welcome return to Cider Mill Barns in Warwickshire which, for us, meant a drive through the Cotswolds on the Fosse Way. This presents its own set of challenges as the Cotswolds is not necessarily the quietest place on earth, even early September when the schools have returned. However, as always, we left in plenty of time which also meant we had half an hour to pop into one of our favourite farm shop cafes on the way just outside of Moreton in Marsh.

We always really enjoy weddings at Cider Mill Barns in Warwickshire and today was no exception. The staff there are always very welcoming and it was very easy for us to access the ceremony room and get everything set up with the minimum of fuss.
After the ceremony we found a nearby cafe and antiques centre for a spot of lunch and a little bit of browsing as Jules is still looking for an antique clock to place on the mantelpiece at home. Luckily the cafe provided a nice lunch as there was little of interest on the clock front!
We really enjoyed today’s wedding and we wish Sarai and Luke every happiness as they embark on their married life together.
