JAM Duo were delighted to be asked to play for a wedding open day at Curradine Barns in Worcestershire on 22 May 2021. A number of couples had booked a time to meet up with the two fabulous wedding planners at Curradine, Laura and Amy.
On arrival we met up with Laura and were showing into the beautiful Ceremony room at Curradine.

As you can see from the picture above, on this occasion we set up at the front of the ceremony room. Sometimes we do perform to one side like that, but often we perform from the back of the room. There are no hard and fast rules. Since we only need a relatively small space of 2m x 2m we can usually fit in anywhere. Today in additon we had our banner behind us.
A Thousand Years
This is one of the most popular songs currently requested for the entrance of the bride. Despite the original song by Christina Perri being released back in 2011 it has always retained huge popularity at weddings.
You can hear our recording of this song on our listen page but below is a short snippet of us playing live. Obviously factor in this was recording on a phone so we appreciate the sound quality might not be amazing! But it gives you an idea of how we sound in these venues.
